Generate images

Note: Media commands send model requests directly, may incur costs and write result files. Check your selection before running them.

/image models
/image models --refresh
/image --aspect=landscape A clean architecture diagram without text
/img --size=1024x1024 A blue geometric icon

/image, also available as /img, generates an image directly. /image models lists the public model selection; optionally choose a model from that list with --model=<id>. The default size is 1024 × 1024 pixels, and results are saved under .lurus/images. Unknown arguments can become prompt text; not every incorrect option is rejected.

OptionSupported values
--aspect=square, portrait, landscape, portrait-wide, landscape-wide
--size=1024x1024, 1024x1536, 1536x1024, 1024x2048, 2048x1024, 2048x2048
--model=Public selection from /image models.

Size takes precedence over aspect. Use --name=value for media options, unlike separate CI flag values. This slash interface does not accept arbitrary WxH.

Edit images

/image-edit --size=1024x1024 design.png Use a darker blue accent
/img-edit --source=front.png --source=back.png Combine both views in order

Use existing images that you have approved for processing. Supply one positional path or up to five sources using repeated --source=<path> arguments. The order of the 1–5 sources matters. Choose the model, aspect ratio and size as above; the default is 1024 × 1024 pixels. The result is saved as a new file, not automatically over the source.

PNG, JPEG and WebP are supported, with limits of 30 MiB per source and 170 megapixels. Large images may be optimized. Uploading sends image contents to the processing service. Do not use secrets or private data without consent. Processing and model support may impose further limits.

Generate video

/video --seconds=4 --portrait A slow abstract blue animation
/vid --seconds=8 --landscape --ref=reference.png Animate this scene gently

--seconds=<4|8|12> is required. Portrait defaults to 720 × 1280 pixels and landscape to 1280 × 720 pixels. Optionally supply a reference image up to 10 MiB with --ref=<image>; it is cropped to the video format if needed. MP4 output is saved under .lurus/videos. This slash command has no model, output-path or filename flag.

Do not assume the same permission dialogs used for agent tools will appear before every media action. Inspect failures or cancellations before repeating a paid request. Do not automatically delete source files.

Troubleshooting

For format errors, check the supported values for --size, --aspect and --seconds and the syntax using =. For missing sources, check the project directory, path, image format and size. For missing models, refresh the public list. Look for results under .lurus/images or .lurus/videos.
