What happens after the trial week? +
After the trial, the selected plan continues regularly unless you cancel it beforehand. You can switch or cancel anytime.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. All subscription plans (Pro, Pro+, Ultra) can be cancelled at any time. No lock-in contracts.
Where is my data processed? +
Processing depends on model and region. We never train AI models on your code, regardless of plan.
What are Lura credits? +
Lura credits are separate credits for Lura, the customized large language model by Lurus. They are provided in addition to your regular model credits and are only consumed by Lura usage.
How does the Team plan work? +
Team is usage-based. The team uses a shared wallet while admins centrally manage members, roles, budgets, top-ups, and AI policies.
Can a Team account switch back to individual plans? +
No. Converting to Team is permanent. Team accounts cannot return to individual plans so wallet, budgets, and billing stay consistent.
What payment methods are accepted? +
We accept all major credit cards, SEPA direct debit, and PayPal. All payments are processed by Mollie in the EU.
